1 General Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ms2bd platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "player"). This agreement takes effect from the moment you create an account, play any game, or use any of our services.

ms2bd is a secure and reliable online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. SSL encryption technology and fair play principles are at the core of what we do. These terms have been established to protect users and ensure the proper operation of the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To create an account and use services at ms2bd, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only.
• You must use the service in compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• Only one account may be opened in your name. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must not use the platform through any software bots, automated scripts, or other unauthorized means.

Opening an account on behalf of a minor — anyone under 21 years of age — or allowing them to use this platform is strictly prohibited. If a minor is found to be using the platform with assistance, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account at ms2bd, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information is a direct violation of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Only one account is permitted per user.
• If your account information changes, you must notify the support team immediately.
• Your account login details must be kept completely confidential — sharing them with anyone is not allowed.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your account. Use a strong password and change it regularly. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer can be used to deposit money at ms2bd. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each payment method).
• The information provided at the time of deposit must be accurate.
• Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited — only methods registered in your own name may be used.
• For bank transfers, accounts at major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or Islami Bank are accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Processing a withdrawal generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings obtained from a bonus (see Section 5 for details).
• An identity document or other supporting documents may be requested during verification of a withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at ms2bd, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit and bonus combined.

• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Before the wagering limit is fulfilled, only withdrawal from the deposit amount may be possible — contact support regarding this.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be forfeited.
• ms2bd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• In the event of bonus abuse or fraud, the account will be closed and the bonus will be forfeited.
• Specific terms for each promotion apply separately — always read the special terms of the relevant promotion.

6 VIP Program

ms2bd's VIP program has 5 tiers. Through regular play you can move up to higher tiers and enjoy higher weekly cashback and special benefits.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

Cashback is credited to your account at a set time each week. The cashback amount and payment terms may change, and in such cases ms2bd will endeavor to provide prior notice.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

ms2bd is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of software bots, automated betting systems, or third-party software.
• Participation in account hacking, phishing, or any other cybercrime.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Knowingly exploiting any system error or bug — if you encounter an error, you must notify support immediately.
• Harassment or misconduct toward other players or staff.
• Operating multiple accounts or circumventing geographic restrictions through proxies or VPNs.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

The security of your personal information is of the highest importance to ms2bd. We use SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity technology to store your information.

• Your information is not sold to any third party.
• Documents required for identity verification are stored securely.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension & Closure

ms2bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to submit required verification documents.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• If evidence of underage account use is found.

In the event of account closure, valid funds (if wagering conditions are met) will be returned. However, funds may be forfeited in cases of terms and conditions violation.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. Before closing, make sure that all wagering conditions have been met and any withdrawable balance has been withdrawn.

11 Limitation of Liability

ms2bd always strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, the platform will not be held responsible in the following cases:

• If a game is disrupted due to technical issues, server downtime, or loss of internet connection.
• If your account information is leaked due to your own negligence.
• Losses caused by any error or disruption from a third-party game provider.
• Delays caused by factors outside the internet or payment network.

ms2bd conducts regular maintenance to ensure the smoothest possible service. During scheduled maintenance periods, the service may be temporarily unavailable.

12 Terms and Conditions Changes

ms2bd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be provided on the platform for significant changes.

• Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
